Positive: The location was great. Very walkable to shops and many restaurants. It was very convenient.

Comfortable, clean and quiet studio in the South Park area of San Diego. Positive: This is a cozy studio apartment, part of a quadruplex in the South Park area of San Diego. It was beautifully renovated, with all modern amenities - A/C-heating, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine and dryer, a nicely arranged little living room setup with sofa, coffee table, and a new flat screen TV; and an alcove just large enough for a king-sized bed. Bedding, towels, and toiletries were very good. Lighting was good, and there are plenty of plugs for electronic devices & chargers. The area is very safe, clean & quiet. Negative: I have no complaints; this was an excellent property and a comfortable place to stay for a few days in the San Diego area.

Positive: Lovely property, very nicely done, with great facilities and super soft sheets! Negative: You can hear some of the other units, but overall it was pretty quiet for my stay.

Great location, excellent staff, 10/10 Positive: It’s in a great location near all the Balboa park attractions. The staff are very attentive! A wonderful place to stay!
