Boutique Historic Studio Balboa Park W/D

Comfortable, clean and quiet studio in the South Park area of San Diego. Positive: This is a cozy studio apartment, part of a quadruplex in the South Park area of San Diego. It was beautifully renovated, with all modern amenities - A/C-heating, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine and dryer, a nicely arranged little living room setup with sofa, coffee table, and a new flat screen TV; and an alcove just large enough for a king-sized bed. Bedding, towels, and toiletries were very good. Lighting was good, and there are plenty of plugs for electronic devices & chargers. The area is very safe, clean & quiet. Negative: I have no complaints; this was an excellent property and a comfortable place to stay for a few days in the San Diego area.

Positive: Lovely property, very nicely done, with great facilities and super soft sheets! Negative: You can hear some of the other units, but overall it was pretty quiet for my stay.

Great location with all the same amenities of my home. Positive: Great, quiet location. Enough parking, even with it being a trash day; full kitchen, full size washer and dryer. Great neighborhood for walking and a mini Target was only a few blocks away. John was easy to communicate with and very helpful. He even left a welcome goodie bag, which was appreciated after my drive. Negative: Nothing really. The bed was a little firm for my taste and the pillows a little soft, but that is a matter of preference.
