Stylish South Park Studio By Balboa Park W/D

I enjoyed San Diego so much & my B&B was perfect! Positive: It had everything you could possibly need- full kitchen, washer/dryer, living room with big TV. Extremely clean & nothing looked worn out. Close to things I wanted to do. Quiet neighborhood. Negative: Can’t think of anything.

Our great stay was the backbone of a great west coast trip to San Diego! Positive: Perfect spot for our visit - kitchen, laundry, full bath, comfy living room, nice patio, comfy bed - we were totally at home! Negative: Nothing

Positive: The Heron on Ivy is a gem location in South Park, minutes away from Balboa Park. The apartment is easy to find, comfortable, very clean, and has all the necessary appliances for a short or long stay. We found it easy to park the car. The neighbourhood is really nice, with bars, restaurants, and all sorts of little shops like a classic record store, vintage fashion, French pastry restaurant, a cool taco truck, to mention but a few. Negative: Absolutely nothing.

Una bella tappa di 4 giorni. Positive: L'Host è gentilissimo e disponibile con consigli e info sulla città. Il parcheggio è disponibile di fronte casa. La casa è molto carina con molti comfort. Cucina facilmente utilizzabile, lavatrice e asciugatrice che per un road trip sono fondamentali e letto comodo. Netflix a disposizione. Che dire, San Diego è stata ancora più bella stando qui! Negative: Direi che per una casa vacanza non gli manca nulla.

Fantastic stay and would absolutely return next time we are in San Diego! Positive: Location location location! Close to restaurants and target. Close to golf course. 15 min drive to Little Italy and Gaslamp. Nice quiet neighborhood. The place was spotless which was great since we had our pup with us. The plastic mat by the front door was the perfect spot to put his food and water dish. There was enough dishes and dinnerware for us to reheat left overs. Everything was in working order and did I mention clean? Negative: The walls are a bit thin so you can hear your neighbors and those upstairs (we had a downstairs unit) but most were quiet by 11 pm so it didn't bother us. Luckily there were no kids and we normally sleep late so it was fine. If you prefer firm pillows, bring your own.
