Property manger John was super communicative. Place was very clean, wellappointed and equipped. A covered parking spot is available for the unit and there is ample street parking too. Location is terrific: 5 minutes from the Biltmore shopping area, and about 15 minutes from both the airport and downtown Scottsdale. Shops, coffee shops and restaurants all very close by. Recommend and would stay again.

It’s a nice stay in a nice area. I would recommend others to stay here! Positive: The proximity to things we wanted to experience was nice, there were tons of options for eating, a recreational park a block away, options for parking. The location was very nice. Negative: There were a couple places where the cleaners missed cleaning between stays, the cookie sheet in the oven looked dirty and required a deep washing before use also.

Positive: Everything was great! Fabulous rental Negative: I was stuck outside for and hour or so with problem if door code not working at check in. Had to wait a while for response. Owner was kind and apologetic.

End of trip near airport Positive: Close to airport and good food options. Negative: Bed was really comfortable!
